  • Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at thehatgirlco@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. You will then need to ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense, along with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.

    Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in good condition, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • How can I track my order?

    We send our packages through USPS, each order should come with a designated tracking number.
